Contractor Rates: 50-65% of the hourly rate (rates listed below) Mixed Ages Caseload - NDIS & DVA - Mobile role with WFH No KPI's - choose when and how much you work ✨ Why You’ll Love This Role: Diverse Caseload: NDIS & DVA Clients, even split of adult to paediatric clients. NDIS: Capacity building therapy, functional capacity assessments, and school-based skill development. DVA: Complete initial face-to-face assessments, prescribe equipment, and follow-up via telehealth or in-person. Work is episodic in nature-assess, prescribe, and close. No prior DVA experience required. No KPI's: Work as many hours as you like that fits your schedule Consistent, high-volume caseload available (equivalent to 38 hours) if you wish Flexible Work Options: Remote and work-from-home available. Most sessions are face-to-face, with some telehealth. Admin Support: Admin take care of service agreements, scheduling initial appointments and invoicing. Structured Onboarding: 4-5 week induction with gradual caseload build. ✨ Benefits: Contractor Rate: 50-65% Hourly Rate depending on your experience. DVA - Intro Session; $150, Follow Up Session; $112 NDIS - $193.99 per hour Clinical Supervision: Ongoing support from a Clinical Lead OT (15 years’ experience) via monthly or fortnightly virtual check-ins at no cost to you .
